Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking experienced Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

The role involves leading inspection scopes, analyzing data, and serving as subject matter experts in high-performance environments. Qualified candidates will have multiple NDT certifications and the ability to travel, work extended hours, and interface with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces and extreme weather.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data and generate detailed reports.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and inspections.
