Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

This role will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and serve as a subject matter expert with frequent client interaction and reporting. Responsibilities include operating advanced equipment, ensuring safety, and collaborating with engineers to meet mission-critical objectives on client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces and extreme weather.
• Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and industry codes (ASME, API, AWS, etc.).
• Operate and configure advanced equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data and provide accurate, detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface directly with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure all mission critical objectives have been met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians or assistants in advanced inspection setups and fieldwork.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, procedure development, and technique qualification reviews as needed/required.
• Adhere to TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.
• Uphold industry codes and TEAM’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
