Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an Advanced Technician - NDE with Phased Array expertise to perform specialized nondestructive examinations. You will lead inspection scopes, analyze data, and report findings with precision while engaging clients and engineers to ensure critical objectives are met.

Ideal candidates will hold multiple NDT certifications, be able to travel to client sites, and maintain safety-first practices in demanding refinery and pipeline environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel and field work capable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment.
• Collect, interpret and analyze complex data; provide detailed reports.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups.
