Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

This role is suited for experienced professionals with strong technical backgrounds and requires frequent client interaction and data reporting. The successful candidate will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and serve as a subject matter expert in advanced inspection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and obtain credentials as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with travel ability and field work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data; provide reports and recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and inspections.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, procedures, and qualification reviews.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM’s standards of professionalism and quality.
