Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Omnicare division is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Technician to support the closed-door pharmacy team and ensure medication needs meet regulatory requirements.

You will work across multiple pharmacy workstations, including packaging, staging, IV, compounding and Omnicell processes, while coordinating stock, deliveries and inventories. A current Pharmacy Technician license and 1+ year experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One year or more of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow with the function supervisor for assigned areas that prepare and process medications.
• Rotate through packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, and machine packaging.
• Receive product deliveries, pull and stage products for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
