Job summary

CVS Health, including Omnicare closed-door pharmacy, is seeking an Advanced Pharmacy Technician. This part-time role focuses on ensuring medication needs and regulatory compliance across multiple pharmacy workstations, with opportunities to gain new skills in a closed-door setting.

The role requires 1+ year of pharmacy tech experience, state licensing as needed, and willingness to obtain the PA Pharmacy Technician Trainee license.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience.
• Willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician Trainee license to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow across pharmacy workstations to prepare and process medications.
• Rotate through Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill.
• Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
