Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent.
• PTCB National Certification (preferred).
• Five or more years of experience as pharmacy technician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow with supervisors for medication preparation.
• Work across packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill and machine packaging.
• Receive deliveries, pull and stage products for distribution, rotate stock.
• Coordinate activities with drivers to ensure accurate shipments and timely deliveries.
• Perform physical inventories of medications.
