Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with the interprofessional team, patient, family, and care partners.
• Performs designated direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision.
• Expands range of patient care activities within defined scope.
• Recognizes changes in patient condition and escalates as needed.
• Supports patient safety through adherence to protocols and safe environment.
• Assists in coordination of care activities and patient throughput.
• Maintains required certifications and competencies.
• Supports onboarding of new staff when appropriate.
• Maintains supplies and readiness of clinical environment.
• May serve as virtual safety associate as needed.
