Job summary

DREAM MEDICAL in the Yeovil area urgently requires a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly, training practice. The ideal candidate will be a prescriber with a passion for patient-centred care and experience in managing an acute care setting, minor illness and telephone triage.

You will work within the acute care team to manage chronic diseases, preferably diabetes. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with prescriber status.
• Experience in managing acute care settings.
