Job summary

Dream Medical in Somerset is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly multi-disciplinary team on a permanent basis. The role is based in a modern, purpose-built practice in a central location, with priorities including Cytology, vaccines, immunisations, phlebotomy and wound care.

You will contribute to chronic disease management and participate in a full nursing scope with up-to-date certificates and a strong patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• NMC Registration and valid nursing credentials.
• Qualified as an RGN with practice nurse experience.
• Up-to-date certificates for all training; chronic disease management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care in a GP surgery.
• Administer travel vaccines and child immunisations.
• Perform phlebotomy, spirometry, and wound care.
• Support chronic disease management.
