Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking an Engineer II to design and deliver integration features across modern and legacy .NET codebases, building RESTful APIs and event-driven services while advancing the enterprise integration platform. You will own your work end to end, write tests, participate in code reviews, and mentor Engineer I teammates, with AI-assisted development tools to speed delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering, strong .NET skills, API experience, and a track record

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and design principles.
Experience with Git, Docker, automated testing, and scripting languages.
Experience creating unit and integration tests, including AI tools usage.

Responsibilities

Build integration features, RESTful APIs, and shared libraries per contracts and patterns.
Test thoroughly, write unit and integration tests, ensure coverage.
Own work through the SDLC from development to production.
Collaborate on architecture and platform direction for enterprise integrations.
Review designs, provide feedback, and help onboard new engineers.
Use AI-assisted development tools daily to improve workflows.
Work across modern .NET services and legacy .NET Framework codebases.
