MeridianLink seeks an Engineer II to build and maintain integration features across modern and legacy .NET environments. You will design APIs, contribute to enterprise integration standards, and own work end-to-end in a collaborative team.

Expect to work with AI-assisted development tools, perform thorough testing, and help onboard new engineers while delivering reliable integrations for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering features in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework.
• Experience developing or supporting production APIs and integration features.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build integration features, RESTful APIs, and shared libraries following contracts and patterns.
• Enhance and maintain integration logic within existing product apps, including monoliths.
• Contribute to API standards: versioning, contracts, deprecation and design review.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain code quality through SDLC.
• Collaborate on architecture and platform direction for enterprise integration.
• Navigate between modern .NET services and legacy .NET Framework codebases.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and onboarding of teammates.
