Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal fabrication equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will work on laser cutting machines, CNC turrets, robotic systems, welders, and automation feeders.

The role emphasizes electrical/computerized controls, preventive maintenance, and strong problem solving. Applicants should have journeyman electrical experience and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Journeyman level Industrial Maintenance electrical experience.
• Competency with electrical circuits from 24v to 480v.
• Ability to use a Multi Meter for troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Hand Tools – Must supply own set of basic personal hand tools, list to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laser cutting, CNC turret, robotics, welding equipment, and automation/feeders.
• Repair electrical and control systems for presses and associated machinery.
• Troubleshoot Fanuc robots and laser systems; assist with mechanical and hydraulic issues.
