Qualifications

• At least 4 years prior work experience in microelectronic, RF, hybrid and/or semiconductor assembly.
• Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience.
• Be able to handle devices and small components using tweezers under a microscope.
• Basic computer skills for defect documentation and time charging.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• This position requires US export law compliance; candidate must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Work under a microscope for extended periods to handle components.
• Setup, calibrate, and maintain equipment; assist with preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineering to resolve procedure challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support daily production goals.
• Communicate in English and read work instructions; MIL-STD knowledge preferred.
