Formación

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience in product development or advanced engineering.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks) and materials knowledge.
• Experience prototyping, test planning, and data-driven design improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple concepts across maturity stages.
• Willingness to travel ~5–10% (domestic/international).

Responsabilidades

• Develop advanced mechanical concepts for next-generation outdoor power equipment and battery-powered products.
• Create mechanisms, structures, and assemblies balancing performance, durability, manufacturability, cost, and user experience.
• Use analysis, hand calculations, simulation, and test data to guide design decisions.
• Build, test, and iterate functional prototypes to validate key assumptions and reduce risks.
• Define system requirements, operation methods, and acceptance criteria for advanced systems.
• Communicate findings and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
