Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in supervisory role within an advanced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MBOMs, Routings, and Time Studies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and error/mistake proofing.
• Commitment to quality and operational excellence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness for new customers and product designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines.
• Lead the definition and maintenance of MBOMs and Routings for accurate Production processes.
• Develop and maintain Time Study acquisition and analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement of standard work development and error/mistake proofing techniques to enhance quality and reduce defects.
• Drive design for manufacturability standards to improve adoption of future products in manufacturing.
