Job summary

Festo Didactic in Mason, OH is seeking a Technical Instructor to join our Advanced Manufacturing Technologies program. You will deliver curriculum, conduct site visits, and update instructional materials to meet industry needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher in related field.
• Minimum three years in advanced manufacturing, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience delivering training to employees.
• Willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum and instructional aids prepared by Festo.
• Work with training team to revise materials to meet industry needs.
• Conduct site visits/evaluations and build public relations.
• Travel up to 75% and adapt pedagogy to customer knowledge.
