Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner in Greenville, SC to be trained for Senior Leadership roles. The program combines hands-on assignments across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting and Sales to build a strong leadership foundation.

Initial roles include leading Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives, visiting customers, coaching staff and driving service levels while preparing for the General Manager position through broader responsibility in service,

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT/Provincial driving regulations for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives delivering excellent service.
• Visit customers to maintain service levels and upsell products.
• Coach, evaluate and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Oversee Service Center operations, including service, office and production aspects.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands‑on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The Customer Service assignment involves leading a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives who deliver excellent services to customers. The Customer Service Manager role involves hiring, developing, training and motivating the team; visiting customers to maintain service levels; troubleshooting issues and upselling products; coaching, evaluating and providing performance feedback. The Service and Sales assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office, managing the Service Center as a whole, its sales, office and production aspects, and overseeing the service department.

Skills / Qualifications

• Ability to travel 10%, including overnight stays
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial regulations for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
