Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Advanced Management Partner in Troy, MI to be groomed for Senior Leadership. Initial assignments cover Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales, with hands-on leadership of a customer service team to ensure top-tier service.

The program blends Service and Sales management, including coaching and performance feedback, while preparing for eventual general management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT/Provincial driving requirements for a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs before start.
• Active drivers license is required.
• Be at least 21 years old and obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives delivering excellent service.
• Hire, develop, train and motivate the team; visit customers to maintain service levels; upsell products.
• Oversee service, sales, office and production aspects; manage the service center.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands–on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that particular department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The Customer Service assignment involves leading a team of Account Managersand Customer Service Representativeswho deliver excellent services to customers. The Customer Service Manager role involveshiring, developing, training and motivating theteam; visiting customers to maintain service levels;troubleshooting issues and upselling our products;coaching, evaluatingand providing performance feedback to the partners.The Service and Sales assignments will be rolled into one management training experience during a time period spent in the office. These assignments involve managing the Service Center as a whole, managing the sales, officeand production aspects of the office and overseeing the service department.

• Ability to travel 10%, including overnight stays


• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
