Job summary
Allegion's Pico Rivera facility seeks an A-Level Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment, facility systems and utilities. The role requires advanced technical expertise in electric motors, electrical systems, fabrication, plumbing, and TPM initiatives to improve reliability, safety, quality and efficiency.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to execute PM schedules, analyze failures, and uphold TPM practices while following Lockout/Tagout
Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent in Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with electric motor maintenance, electrical systems, fabrication, and plumbing/water systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Troubleshoot motors, drives, relays, and electrical circuits.
- Install and maintain electrical systems and distribution.
- Fabricate and weld components to support reliability.
- Maintain plumbing and water systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance and analyze failures.
- Support TPM initiatives and root-cause analysis with production teams.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards including LOTO.
