Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to maintain production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support TPM initiatives in our De Soto facility. This multi-craft role requires basic troubleshooting and repair skills to help keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and machinery with preventative maintenance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair to prevent mechanical downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations to support TPM and machine ownership.
• Inspect settings, gauges, and sensors to ensure proper performance.
• Tighten bolts, replace belts, and lubricate components as needed.
