Advanced Technology Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform mid-to-senior level maintenance tasks in a factory setting.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with a range of tools to repair equipment and ensure reliable operation, while following 5S, CMMS records, and team-based processes.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
• May be required to travel.

Aufgaben

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance, locating root causes and repairing defective parts.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
• May set up and operate multiple machining operations and may perform welding.
• Drives and participates in CI activities and updates CMMS history.
• Troubleshoots control systems to resolve software/hardware and configuration problems.
