Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Associates degree with technical focus and 3 years related experience or 5 years general industry experience.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic and specialized tools.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and source parts and repair items.
• Set up and operate multiple machining operations and welding as needed.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Support CI activities and update CMMS records.
• Troubleshoot control systems and analyze electrical/mechanical issues.
• Use predictive maintenance technologies to collect data.
• Assist lower level technicians and lead small teams.
• Complete on-the-job and technical self-study programs.
• Follow safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
