Qualifications

TECH 1: Learn fundamentals of repair and troubleshooting; minimum of 1 year technical experience.
TECH 2: Independently identify and repair minor problems; 2+ years technical experience; basic production processes knowledge.
TECH 3: Independently identify and repair moderately complex problems; 3+ years technical experience; thorough process knowledge.
TECH 4: Identify and repair complex issues; 4+ years technical experience; lead projects and train others.
TECH 5: Lead projects; 8+ years technical experience; exceptional performance; vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Follow close supervision on day-to-day tasks; assist with preventive maintenance schedules.
Perform minor troubleshooting on visually obvious problems.
Assist with routine repairs and maintenance under direction of senior technicians.
Identify, schedules, and assist with improvements and group activities.
Lead assigned projects and mentor lower-level technicians when needed.
Communicate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality outcomes.
