Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician V for 1st shift in London, OH.

The role involves repairing and maintaining electrical, HVAC, compressed air and residential equipment with a focus on preventive maintenance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years technical experience (2 Year Degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and 4 Year Degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to independently identify and repair problems of a moderately complex nature
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities
• Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance
• Uses independent judgment on a regular basis
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of department processes

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN V – 1ST SHIFT

PAY: $33.35 PER HOUR

$10,000 RETENTION BONUS

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Manufacturing Environment (6.5 ) hour per day
• Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:

• While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.
• Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
