Job summary

Stanley Electric is seeking entry to senior level technicians at our London, Ohio facility. The role involves day-to-day labor, learning repair processes, and performing troubleshooting under supervision with increasing independence across TECH levels. Advancement depends on skill and experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn fundamentals of repair and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 1-year technical experience for TECH 1.
• Minimum of 2 years technical experience for TECH 2.
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience or equivalent for TECH 3.
• Minimum of 4 years technical experience for TECH 4.
• Minimum of 8 years SUS technical experience preferred for TECH 5.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow department production processes.
• Perform basic and complex troubleshooting and repair tasks.
• Lead projects and mentor lower-level technicians at higher levels.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors as needed.
• Maintain adherence to preventative maintenance schedules.
