Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year associate preferred.
• 2 years of experience with automated assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and shopfloor systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work alternate shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high technical availability of assembly equipment using preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and procure spare parts; install safely and verify operation.
• Repair and rebuild electromechanical assemblies on the line.
