Job summary

HNI Corporation seeks an Advanced Maintenance Technician & Skilled Trades Specialist to keep our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform complex troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

You will read blueprints and schematics, diagnose root causes of downtime, document work in our CMMS, support equipment upgrades, and help train junior technicians while partnering with production,

Qualifications

• Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of factory equipment.
• Preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain high-volume manufacturing equipment.
• Document all work in CMMS and track maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and safety teams to drive improvements.
