Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of on-the-job maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics/hydraulics, electronic, and welding fields.
• Apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, replace, install, and test equipment including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose malfunctions.
• Analyze failures, determine causes, and implement adjustments.
• Read blueprints and maintenance orders; use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with teams and management to meet production needs.
