Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform at Machine Technician 1 level.
  • Forklift license or ability to obtain; cranes and man-lift operation knowledge.
  • Strong math skills and ability to use measurement tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.
  • Must pass drug screening before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble moderately complex machines.
  • Repair machines and equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Operate machines and tools to assist assembly operations.
  • Transport assemblies using forklifts and cranes.
  • Analyze blueprints and prepare parts for building operations.
  • Troubleshoot and test machines during and after assembly.
  • Verify conformance using calipers and micrometers.
  • Weld materials, machines, and parts as required.
