Responsibilities:

1. Perform advanced mechanical breakdown and preventive maintenance on complex plant machinery and manufacturing equipment.
2. Enhance machine utilization to ensure process repeatability, uptime, and reduce changeover and setup times.
3. Troubleshoot, repair, and document breakdown maintenance.
4. Collaborate with management, engineering, and vendors on machinery setup, training, and improvements.
5. Lead or support process and machine design enhancements.
6. Support environmental and recycling initiatives.
7. Install, modify, and rebuild plant machinery and manufacturing equipment.
8. Recommend spare parts for inventory and system upgrades.
9. Operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently.
10. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain licenses for forklift, aerial platform, or other equipment.
• Familiarity with machine control systems such as air logic, relay logic, CNC, and PLC.
