Job summary

Filtration Group is seeking an advanced machine operator in Santa Rosa, CA to run and set up trim presses, drill and tap, and perform port/stem work along with vibratory systems and parts washing to ensure high-quality parts. The role is cross-trained and supports training for junior operators while upholding safety standards on the shop floor.

You will work to maintain production efficiency, document production and scrap, and comply with all safety regulations in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related work experience (a plus).
• Ability to read, write, and count.
• Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Flexible work hours.
• Must follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up trim presses and related machines.
• Perform drilling, tapping, and fixturing tasks.
• Maintain a quality-conscious and safe work approach.
• Meet process speed and standard rate expectations.
• Report tool/equipment/setup issues to supervision.
• Maintain daily production and scrap records.
• Keep work station and tools clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
