Filtration Group in Santa Rosa, California, is seeking a dedicated machine operator to run and monitor production equipment, perform setup tasks, and ensure quality standards are met. You will train new operators and report issues to supervision, while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role combines 80% manual labor with 20% forklift driving, requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of company products and procedures.
• Customer focused with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work overtime on short notice.
• Able to reach, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, twist, squat, push and pull.
• Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Responsabilités

• Start and stop machine at specified intervals.
• Perform set-up duties and minor equipment adjustments.
• Immediately stops malfunctioning equipment and notifies supervisor or mechanic.
• Report to supervisor any deviation from quality, production or safety standards.
• Monitor raw material usage and report excessive loss.
• Document daily production as required.
• May train new operators.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and wear PPE.
• Follow all safety rules and report hazards.
