Job summary

FG Air seeks an experienced machine operator in Santa Rosa, CA to operate and set up trim presses, port and stem machines, and vibratory systems. You will ensure quality, train new operators, and maintain daily production and scrap records.

The role requires 2–3 years in related field, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work up to 8 hours per shift while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and counting are required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and communication skills.
• Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced machines including trim presses, port and stem machines, vibratory systems, and fixtures.
• Maintain quality and productivity, train others, record daily production and scrap data.
• Work safely, follow supervisor instructions, and keep tools and area clean.
