Qualifications

• Must be able to use and understand a Ten-X machine to verify parts meet print requirements.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, work orders, and production planning documents.
• Ability to use standard manufacturing measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, scales, height gauges, depth gauges, etc.
• Must be capable of working with tight tolerances such as + or - .001".
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs from metal parts using power tools and deburring equipment.
• Operate punch press and draw press machines of various sizes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, FOD-free work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in developing techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput; share knowledge in the department.
