Job summary

The Gill Corporation in Maryland is hiring a Machine Operator to support the rewinder, coater, anodizer, and printline operations. The role requires attention to process control, quality checks, and timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with industrial/manufacturing processes.
• Forklift certification desirable.
• Must have English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate rewinder, coater line, anodizer line, or printline to meet daily production quotas.
• Perform start-up and shut-down on machinery per safety and operating instructions.
• Conduct in-process checks and tests; record and adjust operating conditions.
• Troubleshoot issues and report nonconforming conditions.
• Prepare, mix, and replenish adhesives, coatings, and other chemicals.
• Perform changeovers and set-ups; document production data; maintain cleanliness.
