Job summary

Oatey, located in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a production maintenance technician to support and sustain equipment on the production lines and to manage preventative maintenance requests.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical PLC systems, install equipment, support changeovers, follow safety protocols, and contribute to Lean Manufacturing goals. A high school diploma and PLC trainings are required, with at least 2 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of production maintenance experience.
• Haz Mat training refresher completed.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Lock Out Tag Out procedures familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs PLC-related systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance requests.
• Installs equipment and components.
• Supports lean manufacturing and 6S.
• Ensures safety guidelines and respirator readiness.
• Collaborates with production teams.
