Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product to optimize manufacturing and operational systems. This remote role travels up to 25% to Excellerate facilities and drives data-driven improvements across sites.
You will apply DFMA, time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while guiding cross-functional teams and NPI efforts.

The Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product is responsible for optimizing complex manufacturing and operational systems through advanced analysis, design-for-manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role goes beyond traditional industrial engineering by driving strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and deploying advanced tools to improve productivity, quality, cost, safety, and scalability. The role typically operates across multiple sites or programs and is expected to set methodology and standards that other Industrial Engineers follow.
