Qualifications

• High school diploma required and HVAC trade credentials.
• MD State HVAC Master License required.
• EPA Universal certification required for servicing refrigerants.
• Trade school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshooting and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, controls, and split systems.
• Operate and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment per design specs.
• Install compressors, motors, condensers, humidifiers, evaporators, and pumps as needed.
• Charge refrigerant systems and test for leaks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and participate in predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain electrical and pneumatic systems linked to HVAC equipment.
• Ensure safety and pass background/NAC/LAC checks.
