Job summary

Union Depot in Detroit is seeking an experienced Advanced HVAC Technician to join the facilities maintenance team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient building operations.

This position is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, works independently, and serves as a technical resource for other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced HVAC systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as a technical resource

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions
