Job description

VRSS Holdings LLC dba Seven Springs Mountain Resort is looking to fill Advanced Housekeeper positions in Seven Springs, Pennsylvania. This is a temporary full-time peakload position & we are looking to fill 10 job openings for employment from 10/31/2026 to 04/25/2027.

• Duties:** Clean & maintain guest accommodations. Make beds & change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, pictures, window ledges & shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas & remove trash. Stock guest rooms with amenities such as bottled water, towels & tissues. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms & recreation areas. Report damage to guest rooms. Report lost items. Maintain carts, linen rooms & housekeeping equipment & supplies in a neat & orderly fashion. May also help with turndown service. Comply with all resort policies, procedures & standards of operation. Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling.
• Requirements:** Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must have a minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Terms & Conditions of Employment:** At least $22.00/per hour, at least 35hrs/wk, Sat-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (schedule, hours and shifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $33.00/per hour
• Transportation:** From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will reimburse or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
• Tools, equipment & supplies:** The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
• Miscellaneous:** The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government incurred by the H-2B worker.
  

Optional housing is available on a limited basis at a bi-weekly cost of $155.00 to $265.00 depending on the unit type, number of beds in unit, and number of people living in unit. A license deposit of $250 is due prior to check-in. With employee's voluntary consent, housing costs may be deducted from paycheck.
