Job summary
Banner University Medical Group in Tucson, in partnership with the University of Arizona, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiologist for a full-time, shift-based role. The candidate will work within a leading academic medical center and participate in a multi-disciplinary team focused on advanced heart failure care and transplantation.

Qualifications
- Strong commitment to patient care.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology.
- Candidate is currently active in care of heart failure patients.
- Team oriented and adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Shift based, FTE role.
- Average daily patient load 4-6 per half day; outpatient load 4-6 per half day.
- Case/procedure types: Right heart catheterization, CardioMems implantation, Left Heart catheterization.
- 10 weeks heart failure call, in equal rotation with clinical peers.
- If desired, participation or lead clinical - translation research.
