Qualifications

• Four-year degree in medical technology or biological sciences.
• 2+ years clinical cell therapy experience.
• Basic hematology knowledge.
• Ability to differentiate colors and pass color vision screen.
• Strong data interpretation and scientific writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic processing activities within cleanroom environments and maintain batch documentation.
• Support end‑to‑end manufacturing operations for cellular therapies, including processing of apheresis‑derived products.
• Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, research, and quality teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Conduct cellular analyses (flow cytometry, immunoassays) to support product characterization and quality programs.
