• Experience in academic Cell Processing and cGMP labs with FDA/FACT familiarity.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, technical, and administrative leadership for two laboratories.
• Oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor staff and partner with clinical, quality, research, and admin leaders.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and successful execution of cellular therapy programs.
