• Master’s degree in medical technology or biological sciences required.
• 5+ years cell therapy lab experience, GMP or processing lab.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Familiarity with FDA and FACT accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for two laboratories (Cell Processing and GMP Lab).
• Ensure safe, compliant operation and high-quality services for patient care, research, and biomanufacturing.
• Lead regulatory readiness, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, physician, quality, research, and admin leaders to achieve operational excellence.
