ReadyOne Industries, Inc. seeks a Garment Mechanic – Level 2 Advanced to advance machine maintenance across Level 2 scope with increasing independence. You will troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, contribute to preventive maintenance plans, and support junior mechanics under supervision.

Qualifications

Three or more years of on-the-job maintenance experience.
One year of seniority at Level 2 for internal candidates.
Demonstrated proficiency in pneumatics, electricity, electronics, servo and clutch motors.
Zero accidents, zero absenteeism, and zero warnings in the last 6 months.
Ability to independently repair the full Level 2 machine set with minimal escalation.

Responsibilities

Perform Level 2 duties with independence, accuracy, and problem-solving.
Diagnose and repair Level 2 machines (button, buttonhole, PFAFF, automated) with minimal supervision.
Apply intermediate pneumatics, electricity, electronics, and servo motor knowledge to resolve issues.
Lead preventive maintenance planning and flag recurring failure patterns for root-cause review.
Provide hands-on coaching to Level 0, Level 0 Advanced, Level 1, and Level 1 Advanced mechanics.
Collaborate with the Lead Garment Mechanic on workload planning, parts procurement, and maintenance scheduling.
Maintain safety, TPM documentation, and 5S standards; ensure proper PPE and LOTO procedures.
