Job summary

Quad Packaging in Franklin, WI is seeking Folder/Gluer Operators to join our second shift. You will work with advanced folding and gluing equipment, enjoy a competitive starting wage, and have the potential for $25+ per hour for seasoned folder/gluer operators.

We value dependable team players who can lift 10–15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Relocation assistance may be offered for qualified candidates living more than 100 miles away.

Qualifications

• Experience with the listed Folder/Gluer equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and read English instructions.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Make-ready functions for folding/gluing lines.
• Monitor production and adjust machine speed to maximize output.
• Perform or arrange preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Record production data on daily sheets and track task times.
• Cross-train and train others on folding/gluing operations.
• Operate multiple feeder/gluer lines as needed.
