Honeywell Aerospace Anthem is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer-Flight Deck Integration to design, develop, and integrate next‑gen avionics for fixed‑wing and Urban Air Mobility platforms. You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle, from system definition to on‑aircraft testing, ensuring performance, reliability, and certification readiness.

The role emphasizes hardware/software integration, ICDs, and integration of modular avionics, with a hybrid work model in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (STEM) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis, authoring, decomposition, and verification/testing
• Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for avionics interfaces
• Integrate peripheral avionics equipment in a modular avionics' environment
• Validate and verify peripheral systems using data collection tools (e.g., Datatrac)
• Troubleshoot laboratory and on aircraft system issues
• Test development software loads and interpret fault and event logs
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support project coordination and execution across teams
