Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for the Next Gen Avionics program. You will provide technical leadership in design, development, and integration of complex avionics systems to meet customer requirements.

You will guide architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to ensure safety-critical performance and regulatory compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience in complex, safety-critical aerospace systems.
• Experience with avionics, integrated flight decks, or complex embedded systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Anthem Core Customer Technical Lead, coordinating with a customer team to ensure design and requirement alignment.
• Influence technology roadmaps, architectural evolution, and long-term product strategy.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers, promoting systems engineering excellence across the team.
