Job summary

Qualifications

Experience with federal Title IV programs and financial aid policies.
Familiarity with FERPA confidentiality and data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

Reviews and processes Federal financial aid, scholarships and alternative loans.
Verifies information on financial aid applications for completeness and eligibility.
Audits required financial aid documents for compliance with regulations.
Inputs data and changes into databases accurately and timely.
Determines and certifies eligibility for alternative loans.
Reviews appeals and collaborates with departments on award determinations.
Maintains confidentiality of student information and FERPA flags.
